Make your 2012 membership of the Weed Society a positive experience by getting involved

The 2012 year will be a busy one for the Society, including the Annual General Meeting & Seminars in mid-April, and the 18^th Australasian Weeds Conference in early October. The organising and hosting of these types of events are an important part of the Society’s activities, and their success is often the result of a dedicated team of Executive Committee members and others working behind the scenes.

Due to a range of reasons, a number of people on the Executive Committee of the Society will not be available for re-election at the 2012 AGM in April, and so we will be conducting a campaign early in the year to hopefully attract some fresh enthusiasm into the organisational level of the Society.
